Highly dissatisfied with my recent order. I go to countless Tropical Smoothie's around the city and I've ate in at this location twice. I figured I would order lunch for a few coworkers and myself today. We ordered, chose to get it delivered. Upon delivery, both bags of food and smoothies reeked of weed smoke. There was ash on top of one of the smoothie cups and at that point, what makes someone want to continue to eat/drink that for lunch???? Disgusting to say the least. I called this location 3 times, I expressed the issue and asked what they can do. The woman on the phone told me to call DoorDash although I ordered on the Tropical website. I tried to press the delivery link and pressed the "help" tab and it said please call tropical smoothie. I called them back to address my issue and the woman hung up on me. The location then began ignoring all calls from my number but answered a different coworkers phone number instantly. Will never go back to this location and 1 star isn't what I would even give them. Horrible customer service and delivery. I'm not blaming the store for the drivers actions but this was a horrible interaction all together.

I usually never do this and as a customer that is always spending my money at this location, I was highly disappointed in the way that they treated me after an incident that occurred where my food was not delivered. The employees are rude, and management does not work with customers to address issues. They were not accommodating to the incident that happened whatsoever. Furthermore, the food that was revived was cold and subpar. I will not be making any purchases from this store again.

Atmosphere seemed clean and organized. Front cashier and manager was nice and responsive. Cook was not as nice or responsive. She seemed a bit upset when I asked her for extra napkins, even though she only gave me two napkins for a whole meal. I even watched her dig out a wedgie after handing me the napkins and not wash her hands. The food was not good at all. The chicken quesadilla had way more cheese than necessary and such a small portion of chicken. It was at least no more than 1-2 small pieces of chicken per 4 quesadilla piece. Also, I noticed that she was about to wrap my food into paper instead of the box that it usually go in before I said anything. I noticed she had an attitude then. The smoothie tasted like more water and less fruit, even lack the color that I am used to seeing. I genuinely believe they gave me half portions of the smoothie servings and replaced it with water and ice. I was so disappointed and will not be returning.

A big part of my daily routine. The food is relatively healthy and value is good. You can consistently get discounts on the app, which help with the value and you can get a wrap/flatbread, smoothie, and side (chips/fruit) etc all for around $11. It is a convenient spot to get food if you can walk there. Parking is limited, but that makes the wait relatively quick if you order there. Other than that, staff is nice and they remember my name/order, so it is quick and smooth experience when picking up my food.

Do NOT order EXTRA from this store! I ordered extra protein (chicken & bacon) on two separate menu items (NEVER RECEIVED). As well as an extra jerk sauce that I NEVER received via UBER EATS. If you must, ORDER in person or NOT at all! No point in ordering extra if you’re not going to get it. And NO, barely got a a refund. Paid 23$+
